I want to start with DSL internet, with a well-designed comparison platform. In DSL margins allow to build with more freedom already in the beginning. Once the platform is working, I can expand into the categories every household already spends on: mobile, insurance, energy. The business model is straightforward: We earn a commission when a customer switches through the platform. That means our interests are fully aligned: we only win when the customer genuinely gets a better deal.
