The Mission

To introduce a practical simulation in the international business programm. These simulations include real business hurdles and simulate results based on the decisions you make. For example there is a simulation about changing the management system of the company, and what the outcome would be if this person got fired, if this person got promoted etc.

The Challenge

While our program encourages student in the lead i feel like there is the actual practicality missing of what we learn, and due to the lack of structure and theoretical material most students dont actually know how to start a business let alone maintain it or be in a position to manage it.

The solution

My solution is to introduce these simulations into the program and make them optional for students that are keen on actually expanding their business knowledge and skills
