The Mission

Our mission is to bridge the gap between daily lifestyle choices and medical-grade health insights. By leveraging the concept of homeostasis, Stasis aims to provide a complete view of health that treats mental well-being, nutrition, and physical activity as a single, interconnected system. We believe that health data should be more than just numbers on a screen; it should be an actionable and accessible road map. Stasis utilizes advanced AI to translate complex biological markers and lifestyle habits into clear, science-based recommendations. Our goal is to foster a proactive health culture where individuals, supported by their healthcare providers, can make informed decisions to prevent long-term risks such as muscle/bone atrophy or metabolic decline before they require clinical intervention.

The Challenge

The current digital health landscape is fragmented and generic. Most fitness apps operate in silos tracking steps or calories without considering the medical context of the user, such as age-related muscle/bone atrophy, circadian rhythm disruption, or mental health fluctuations. Lack of Integration: Existing solutions rarely combine psychological and physiological data, leading to an incomplete picture of overall health. Generalization: Users receive "one-size-fits-all" advice that fails to account for specific dietary restrictions, medical histories (e.g., diabetes, allergies, ect...), or life stages. Data Inaccessibility: Crucial lifestyle data is often lost to the patient's GP, making it difficult for doctors to make informed decisions regarding supplementation or preventative care.

The solution

Stasis is a multimodal AI health analyzer that acts as a digital twin for your homeostasis. Unlike standard trackers, Stasis provides: Holistic Health Scoring: A centralized "Stasis Score" derived from the scientific weighing of fitness, nutrition, and mental health inputs. Multimodal AI Inputs: Users can log data via voice, text, or photos. Our computer vision AI analyzes food photos for micronutrient density and potential deficiencies (e.g., Vitamin D), providing immediate, evidence-based educational links. Medical-Grade Analytics: The app uses AI to cross-reference lifestyle data with the latest scientific studies to highlight long-term risks (like elevated LDL or sleep deprivation effects) without providing a formal diagnosis. Collaborative Care: A "GP/Family Sync" feature allows users to share high-level health trends with their doctors or loved ones, facilitating better-informed medical consultations and social support. Dynamic Personalization: Recommendations are tailored to specific dietary needs (Vegan, Mediterranean, Diabetic-friendly) and physical characteristics to ensure every actionable step is relevant to the individual.
