Today, booking a tattoo is a fragmented experience. Clients scroll through Instagram, send DMs, wait days for replies, and struggle to compare artists or check availability. At the same time, artists and studios waste hours managing appointments manually, handling no-shows, and losing potential clients due to slow communication. We are building a platform that solves this for all three sides: For clients: Easily discover artists by style, location, and availability — and book an appointment in minutes, not days. For artists: Manage their schedule, showcase their portfolio, and reduce administrative overhead so they can focus on their craft. For studios: Get a professional booking infrastructure that helps fill chairs, manage multiple artists, and grow their business. Our goal is to become the go-to platform for the tattoo industry — the place where art meets organization, and where every booking is seamless, professional, and stress-free.

The Challenge

The tattoo industry lacks a professional, centralized booking infrastructure — creating friction for everyone involved. For clients, finding and booking a tattoo artist is surprisingly difficult. Most artists only communicate through Instagram DMs or WhatsApp, response times can take days, and there is no easy way to compare artists by style, availability, or price. Clients often lose their spot simply because communication breaks down. For artists and studios, the problem is on the operational side. Appointments are tracked in personal calendars or notebooks, no-shows are common with no deposit system in place, and portfolio management is scattered across social media platforms not built for booking. This leads to lost revenue, wasted time, and a lack of professionalism that hurts their business. The core unmet need is a dedicated, industry-specific platform that replaces this patchwork of DMs, spreadsheets, and manual scheduling with one seamless tool — purpose-built for the tattoo world.
