The Mission

HARDRADA exists to give Europe's defence strategists sight. Europe is rearming structurally, not for one budget cycle but for a generation, and the decisions made now about which technologies to back, which suppliers to qualify, and which gaps to close will shape the continent's security for decades. Our mission is to turn the open record of patents, procurement, programmes, and supply chains into decision-grade intelligence, so that European defence is directed by evidence rather than by whoever has the loudest vendor relationship.

The Challenge

The bottleneck in European defence is not capital. Money is arriving. The bottleneck is information. The signals that matter sit in separate places: patent filings show where technology is maturing, contract awards show who is winning work, programmes show where demand is committed, and supply chains show where Europe is dependent on others. No team can see across all four at once.
