The Mission

Our mission is to remove the hidden complexity that prevents small and mid-sized sellers from expanding successfully across marketplaces. Today, strong products often underperform internationally not because demand is missing, but because sellers lack the time, expertise, and integrated tools to adapt listings, understand local marketplace dynamics, benchmark competitors, and prioritize the right improvements. MarketSnipper exists to give these sellers a single intelligence layer that helps them understand what is weak, what matters in each market, and what to do next, so they can grow across borders with more speed, consistency, and confidence.

The Challenge

The problem is not simply “How do I translate my listing?” The real problem is: “How do I compete effectively across marketplaces without becoming an expert in every local market, every listing rule, and every optimization workflow?” When sellers expand into new marketplaces, the content layer breaks first: titles, bullets, A+ content, keywords, visuals, pricing signals, and marketplace expectations all need to be adapted market by market. Most SMEs handle this with a patchwork of freelancers, agencies, spreadsheets, generic AI tools, and manual competitor research, or they are forced toward expensive enterprise systems that do not fit their needs. This creates slow launches, inconsistent brand voice, weak listing performance, wasted ad spend, and poor prioritization. The unmet need is a practical, trustworthy, SME-friendly way to understand what is wrong, what matters locally, and what to improve first.

The solution

MarketSnipper is a cross-border Amazon content intelligence platform built for sellers and small brand teams. A user starts with a live ASIN or product URL, selects the target marketplace, and MarketSnipper creates an evidence-led listing dossier that analyzes the listing in context, highlights content and positioning weaknesses, benchmarks competitors, and identifies the highest-priority next actions. Instead of giving generic AI output, it provides marketplace-specific diagnosis and decision support in a single workflow. Over time, this intelligence layer extends into localized content adaptation and marketplace-ready optimization, enabling sellers to scale internationally with less manual work, less guesswork, and without enterprise-level complexity.
