The Challenge

The fashion industry is saturated with mass-market brands, while thousands of independent designers and small labels struggle to be discovered. Traditional platforms prioritize advertising budgets and algorithms, making it nearly impossible for emerging creators to gain visibility. At the same time, Gen Z consumers are seeking authenticity and individuality in what they wear but lack a single space to explore new, culturally diverse fashion brands. Clore addresses this gap by creating a platform focused on discovery, where visibility is based on creativity and identity rather than marketing power.

The solution

Clore is building a discovery platform that curates emerging fashion brands from around the world through a visual, swipe-based experience. Instead of showing endless catalogs, users explore collections through short-form content, allowing them to connect with each brand’s unique style and identity. The platform uses intelligent tagging and curation to surface diverse, underrepresented creators while keeping the experience simple, immersive, and tailored to Gen Z’s browsing habits.
