The Mission

At ridealongmatch, we strive to find the ultimate solution to your parking problems at work. We want to transform commuting from a daily annoyance into a sustainable, social, and efficient start/end to the working day. We hope that our mission will encourage people to overcome their frustrations, make more sustainable choices, and create new connections.

The Challenge

Many employees drive to work alone despite traffic jams, parking problems, high costs and environmental impact. Carpooling is rarely considered due to a lack of flexibility, trust, comfort and knowledge of existing solutions. There are also not enough incentives to encourage people to start carpooling.

The solution

We are working towards offering a display screen that will be placed in the company's coffee/lunch room, showing the 'carpool map'. This map will have an overview of employees, their routes and availability. The screen will increase visibility and awareness of carpooling. The strategic placing of the screen will help colleagues easily connect before they begin commuting together. In the future, we would like to expand our service to include the option of using the carpool map across different companies. This would provide added value, such as the opportunity to network with employees from different types of companies.
