The Mission
My project is aiming to introduce AI agents in between the interaction on phone calls between customers and private or governmental institutions. The agents will decrease significantly the waiting time and provide more knowledge by using raw data that do not rely on human’s capabilities.
The Challenge

The solution
Introducing AI agents trained on a manual of Q&A in the interaction flow, fully replacing Human Agents, or significantly simplifying their work if one is needed.
