Deallo’s mission is to revolutionize how local and medium-sized businesses connect with their customers by transforming loyalty into a dynamic and profitable experience. We provide merchants with a powerful, customizable platform that enables them to create and manage digital e-cards, tools that reward customer loyalty while unlocking new, scalable revenue streams. Through both one-time sales and an innovative subscription-based model, Deallo helps businesses diversify their income, adapt to market changes, and engage customers in a more meaningful, interactive way. At the same time, consumers benefit from exclusive, valuable services tied to their favorite places, making every purchase more rewarding. Deallo aims to redefine loyalty as a win-win ecosystem where growth and connection go hand in hand.

The Challenge

We, two Italian students living in Maastricht, quickly recognized a major issue: small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), especially in countries like Italy, are falling behind in digital transformation. According to EU data, Italy has the highest number of SMEs in Europe, yet their contribution to national GDP remains disproportionately low. This is not due to a lack of potential, but rather a lack of accessible, modern tools that support growth in a digital age. Most SME owners are not trained entrepreneurs or digital natives, they are passionate professionals focused on their craft, not on navigating complex marketing platforms or designing loyalty programs. In a world where consumer behavior evolves rapidly and technology shapes competitiveness, these businesses are struggling to adapt, retain customers, and diversify revenue. The unmet need is clear: SMEs need a simple, scalable, and affordable way to connect with customers, increase loyalty, and create new income streams, without requiring technical expertise or increasing costs. Traditional loyalty programs are outdated, offering little value to the consumer and no economic return to the business. Deallo addresses this by turning loyalty into a tool for both engagement and monetization through digital e-cards that can be sold, resold, or used via subscription, making loyalty not just a retention strategy, but a business model.

The solution

Deallo offers a simple yet powerful solution to the growing disconnect between small and medium-sized businesses and the digital expectations of today’s consumers. By providing an intuitive platform for creating and managing digital loyalty cards, called Deallo-cards, Deallo allows merchants to transform customer loyalty into a strategic, revenue-generating opportunity. Unlike traditional loyalty systems that offer limited rewards and are difficult to track or personalize, Deallo enables businesses to offer exclusive services, promotions, and benefits directly through these e-cards. Merchants can tailor their collections to meet their specific goals: whether it’s increasing repeat visits, attracting new customers, or boosting sales during slower hours, without needing advanced digital skills or costly marketing campaigns.
