Our mission is to streamline events management with easy interface for organizers and save their resources by improving attendance predictability with Attendance-based refund policy.

The Challenge

Free events often see a low commitment from attendees, resulting in empty seats and wasted money on each participant - that’s where we save them money and help events become successful. When there’s no financial stake, participants are less likely to honor their registrations. Moreover, without an accurate understanding of who will attend, organizers struggle to plan effectively, leading to unnecessary costs and hectic setups.

The solution

ParticiPay stands for committment and that's why we created Attendance-based refund policy which makes events truly free only for those who participated. Deposits from no-shows are donated to charity or cover for the costs of organizers. Our platform helps event organizers become successful and events easy to create but also facilitates a way for people to enjoy free events in the city.
