The Mission

Our mission is to bridge the gap in post-acute care for stroke and neuro-impairment patients in remote regions by delivering a fully integrated tele-rehabilitation ecosystem. Combining AI-based camera motion tracking, real-time visual and voice feedback, and cloud-hosted data analytics, we enable continuous, personalized therapy under the guidance of licensed therapists—without requiring patients to travel long distances or invest in expensive hardware. This promotes equitable access to high-quality rehabilitation, drives measurable health outcomes, and supports long-term sustainability aligned with UN SDGs 3 (Good Health & Well-being), 10 (Reduced Inequalities), and 11 (Sustainable Communities). The Challenge

In many rural and underserved regions, post-stroke and neuro-impairment patients face significant barriers to continuous rehabilitation: (1)Geographical isolation & high travel costs prevent regular clinic visits. (2)Limited local therapy resources lead to delayed or inconsistent treatment. (3)Family caregiver burden increases when professional support is unavailable. As a result, patients experience suboptimal recovery, higher readmission rates, and greater long-term disability.

The solution

We offer a modular, three-tiered platform: (1)Patient App: Uses standard tablets or webcams to capture motion; provides AI-driven, instantaneous visual and voice corrections, logs performance metrics, and issues automated reminders. (2)Therapist Portal: Aggregates patient data into secure dashboards, supports custom exercise prescription, and triggers alerts for non-compliance or compensatory movements. (3)Enterprise Backend: Manages subscriptions/licenses, device tracking, and integrates via API with existing hospital information systems. Our hybrid B2B (hospital/clinic partnerships and device leasing) and B2C (home-user subscriptions) revenue model, supplemented by insurance and government subsidy programs, scales rapidly while minimizing patient-side cost barriers.
