Having to go through all types of plateforms such as Linkedin, Indeed or more niche apps considering your profile has become a pain for new graduates. With this new app don't feel pressured to look for the perfect position as the app will propose you directly based on recommendation systems. Just open the app in your lunch brake or during transport and swipe to find your job.

The Challenge

The current hiring process can be time consuming and expensive. All companies can not afford that. Another problem is that smaller entities like associations or clubs might struggle to find a fitting hiring process for their groups.

The solution

This app is very simple to use and easy to get hands on since a lot of us are already familiar with dating apps. Users can pull out their phone at any free time without having to go through the overwelming amount of positions. The application will filter them based on preset filters by the user and learned preferences by the app. On the other side, the app is also simplifying the hiring process for the job providers. For smaller entities, board members don't have to spend much ressources and time for enrolments.
