The Challenge

Many employees across industries are using generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, DALL-E, etc., without the expertise to craft effective prompts and in a way that might align with their company’s goals, terminology, and internal systems/departments. This leads to inconsistent outputs, inefficiencies, and missed opportunities for value creation. Prompt+ addresses this unmet need by providing intelligent, context-aware prompt suggestions that are tailored to the company’s specific domain, workflows, and tech stack, essentially acting as an in-house generative AI consultant, embedded in the prompt-writing process.

The solution

At its core, Prompt+ is powered by a contextual prompt suggestions engine that leverages NLP to refine and enhance user inputs. This engine is trained not only on general prompt engineering best practices, but also on a company’s internal documentation, successful past prompts, knowledge bases, and workflows. To deliver this experience, Prompt+ will be made available as a browser extension or sidebar overlay that integrates seamlessly with popular generative AI platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot. It detects when a user is typing a prompt and subtly activates suggestions or guidance in real time. Alternatively, it can be deployed as a dedicated internal genAI dashboard with prebuilt prompt templates, use-case-specific guidance; ensuring employees never start from a blank slate. It can be even further adapted to different departments (e.g., finance vs. marketing) and user roles.) The assistant can also learn from historical usage through reinforcement learning to improve the relevance and effectiveness of its suggestions. Behind the scenes, Prompt+ will include robust analytics and learning loops. Admins and team leads can access insights into which prompts are being used, how effective they are, and where improvement opportunities lie. This data can feed back into the system, enabling the continual evolution of prompt recommendations across the organization. Finally, Prompt+ is built with enterprise-grade privacy and security in mind. All suggestions respect internal permission structures, with content access governed by role-based controls. Prompt data will be handled securely and anonymized where necessary to comply with privacy policies and protect sensitive information.
